Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen. So, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, our policy is this:

There is no refund within 30 days of cancellation.  If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more out, then you will receive a refund minus the first night’s stay. If you cancel more than 60 days out, you will receive a full refund. 

THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!
